Kookaburra Beach House is in a grand 1920's Coogee mansion that has been recently renovated into a family home offering a separate oversized self contained 2 bedroom apartment plus separate office on the first floor .Enjoy our eclectic and tastefully decorated apt only minutes to beach & village

The Space

Kookaburra Beach House is a beautiful residence from the 1920's with many original art deco features such as original ornate high ceilings and stained glass front door it is situated in a perfect location and is only 3 mins walk to the beach, 2 mins walk to shops, there is a large sun drenched terrace on the mezzanine level with bbq and dining and a tropical backyard with outdoor dining and lounge reading area, along with hammock for relaxing the apartment is fully renovated and it is on the first level with approximately 20 stairs

If you have additional 2 guests we have another double bedroom downstairs with that is perfect for couples, the additional room is called

The terrace on the mezzanine level and garden are shared only with our family and offer 2 individual spaces for kookaburra guests to enjoy or entertain

Coogee is a dream location it has a village atmosphere and we love it ..parks , trees , ocean and ocean baths

Kookaburra Beach House is a warm and friendly family atmosphere, it offers privacy and independance all within a lovely family home. Guests can feel at ease knowing that we live within the same building and are on call for their needs. The outdoor areas are shared with my family - there is plenty of room
