A beautiful, modern, comfortable 3 bedroom townhouse in the Conwy Marina development with sea views and WiFi, sleeping 5/6 people. The property benefits from an ideal position being on a very quiet estate and 200 metres to the wonderful long and wide sandy beach, a stones throw from the marina front and very short walk down to the Mulberry pub /restaurant and general store. Conwy Golf Course in across the road a few metres away and the front aspect has views over this towards the sea and Great Orme. Conwy town with it's medieval castle is a 20 minute walk along a footpath adjacent to the sea with breathtaking views before the castle finally comes into view. Conwy mountains are again accessible by foot or bike after a very short walk or it's just a 30 minute drive to Snowdonia and Betws -y -Coed or less to Anglesey. Llandudno with its bustling promenade and shopping centres is also 15 mins by car away or less to the Cineworld complex. In summary, the property is central for a relaxing family beach holiday, walking, biking ( next to North Wales Cycle route ) or MTB in Conwy/Snowdonia, golf, list is endless !

Our property is a 3 storey, 3 bedroom townhouse just behind the marina waterfront with ocean views from the 1st and 2nd floors.The property has broadband WiFi access throughout and T.V. with Netflix/Amazon Movie access. The drive will accommodate 2 average cars. Downstairs there is a guest toilet, laundry (with washer) and kitchen / diner with patio door access to an enclosed rear, paved garden with garden furniture. Kitchen is well appointed with new Combi boiler, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine. Dining area has an oak table with 6 faux leather chairs and access to the garden.

The first floor has a modern living room with front ( partial sea /golf ) aspect with comfortable seating for 6 people. There is a T.V with Freeview and Amazon Movies / Neflix access, BlueRay/DVD disc player. The rear double bedroom is well equipped with 2 wardrobes, drawers,bedside cabinets and the benefit of an ensuite bathroom ( bath with shower over, toilet and basin )

The second floor has a rear twin single bedroom with sofa,wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. Front bedroom has a small double or 4 foot bed ( can sleep 2 but 6 inches less room than a standard double ), wardrobe, desk, bedside cabinet and stunning views across the golf course and sea to the Great Orme. Second bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin.

A long , sandy beach is 4 mins walk away with views over to the Great Orme /Deganwy. Walks on footpaths either way and bike tracks. Award winning fine dining at Signatures restaurant is 15 min walk or Mulberry pub/ restaurant 5 mins away for a meal overlooking the marina or many more ideas in Conwy town. Watersports available nearby. Golf across the road 2 mins away with driving range........

There is literally loads to do here !!

Just returned from weekend away at this lovely property. Furnished to a very high standard everything you need including wifi books games and dvds also video game for The children. 2 bathrooms and 1 downstairs toilet great if there are a few of you staying there. The property is so warm and cosy. Just round the corner is the beautiful marina with the lovely mulberrypub fab food and ambience. The owner Victoria is lovely and so helpful. I would not hesitate to recommendand hope toreturn soon. Nicky x
