On Conwy Marina (opposite Conwy Golf Club), with garden views of Conwy Mountain and a sun-spot patio, well appointed and very comfortable. Easy driving to the mountains of the Snowdonia National Park and Llandudno, sandy dog friendly beach a short stroll and a riverside walk to the medieval town of Conwy with 13th century castle. A short walk to the beach, championship golf course, Conwy Mountain, excellent pub restaurant The Mulberry and The Mulberry Stores open from 8am-6pm Mon-Sun.

Accommodation: Two bedrooms (king and double), bathroom (bath with shower over), additional ground floor WC, fully fitted kitchen and sitting room with dining conservatory with doors to enclosed patio garden. Private off road parking and garage. Facilities: include WiFi, gas central heating, washer/dryer, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, Freeview TV, DVD, garden furniture, travel cot and highchair. Bed linen, towels, heating and electricity are included. This is a NO SMOKING & DOG FRIENDLY property.

A holiday rental since 2013. .Dog stay FREE, we would greatly appreciate a small donation in our Guide Dog charity box and the dog friendly beach is a very short walk plus we offer a dog sitting service.
