Our cottage Brundall is situated in a beautiful part of the North West of Wales. There are plenty of places to visit both for

families and couples. The Y Beddol pub/restaurant is three quarters of a mile walk. The next pretty village Rowen has a pub called "The Ty Gwyn". 10 minutes walk from there is The Pancake House.

The cottage is private, surrounded by fields, trees and shrubs. Both the front and back garden have tables to eat and drink.

Conwy 10 minute drive with it's amazing castle and quay

The Victorian seaside town of Llandudno 20 minutes drive away with plenty to do including the cable cars. Funicular Railway,

the pier, shops, etc.

Betws y Coed a 15 minute drive

LLanrwst 10 mins

The beautiful Bodnant Gardens 10 mins

Beaumaris/Anglesey 45 mins

Portmerion 1 hour with the lovely Italianate village is 1 hours drive

“Brundell Cottage is like coming home its Magical xxxxxx”

The first thing I have to say is this cottage is a home its beautiful its warm its magical I cannot tell you how lovely it is so you will have to see for yourself its a treasure. I stayed here with my sons and a family pet Baxter he loved it. We all loved it, I was very stressed with work etc and needed a break for the first time ever I got the relaxing holiday there is something about this cottage its like coming home its a lovely feeling. We saw the stars so bright at night no light pollution we went to Conwy fab, Anglesey fab, but the one thing was we had plans to visit restaurants on each night guess what we ate in every night we cooked laughed even had a power cut due to the weather for a few hours but candles were provided this cottage provides everything thank you Jean and Erik we will be back the birds were a pleasure to watch. The thought that has gone into the cottage providing everything and more don't take my word try it for yourself I even thought about not telling everyone I would love to keep this treasure to myself but honestly try it. Its like coming home to a home you want to be in magic xxx

Stayed at Brundall with my daughter and grandchildren for 3 nights at the end of the school holidays . We had a great time. The cottage is in a lovely location surrounded by fields and has beautiful gardens. It is very spacious and comfortable with everything you could need . Every thing was explained by the owners and it was a delight to stay there. I would highly recommend this cottage and will most certainly return! !

My husband and I were once again delighted to spend a relaxing few days in this peaceful retreat. Beautifully furnished, cosy and warm, it is just the best place to unwind and do nothing or take in the stunning surrounding sights by foot or car. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need to cook for yourselves but is also quite close to nice eateries, if you really want to spoil yourself. If the weather allows you can relax or eat in the back garden,which has lovely views and is not overlooked. There is ample room to park in the front garden area. 6 people would fit happily into its 3 lovely bedrooms and lounge. Highly Recommended!!

We travelled to Brundall with our daughter and granddaughter, and we all fell in love with the 'cottage' on arrival. This is more than a cottage, it's a beautiful spacious dorma bungalow, with a fabulous lounge and amazing master bedroom! Add to this two bathrooms and a serviceable kitchen and we had a fabulous space in which to spend our Christmas. We would definitely recommend a stay here to anyone who is looking for some peace and tranquility, but with Conwy and LLandudno a stones throw away, and a pub at the bottom of the lane. We will definitely be back, and actually extended our stay whilst we were there.

A fabulous cottage set in a fantastic scenic spot. A lovely little pub Ye olde Bull is only 300mtrs down the road. A must visit is the butchers in the center of the town, Llan Bedr Y Cennin. The cottage is well appointed and satisfied all of our requirements, wifi, stereo and tv. Nice garden for the kids to play in too. Handy for Llandudno, Conway and even Beaumaris.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Erick/Jene (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
