If you are looking for a place to spend your holidays in Sicily close to the sea, in cozy full-equipped apartments, with garden, private parking and air conditioning, then Casale La Zagara is the correct choice for you!

Completely renovated in 2011, Casale La Zagara is made up of seven comfortable apartments that combine the charm of the typical Sicilian architecture in local stone with the modern comfort of technology (Internet WiFi, air conditioning, LCD TV, satellite TV, CD player, etc..).

Each apartment has its own entrance, private parking and an outdoor private area (with barbecue, patio furnitures, sun umbrella, etc ...); small pets are welcome.
In the building, a laundry area and an Internet corner (during office hours) are available.

Casale La Zagara was originally a farmhouse built at the end of the nineteenth century and completely restored in 2011. The building was originally located in the countryside of the town of Sciacca, strategically situated on the south-west coast of Sicily between Selinunte and Agrigento archaeological sites. Sciacca is also the home of the ancient "Termae Selinuntinae".

Nowadays it is located in an urban privileged context, completely surrounded by a typical Sicilian citrus grove and a green private garden, but at only 200 m from the city center. The location is therefore perfect to enjoy a peaceful staying without having to give up the comforts of the city.

Why can't I call Riccardo (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Riccardo (the owner) a message.

If Riccardo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
