Excellent house fitted to highest standard. Can sleep from 2 to 10 + 2 people with 3 double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, bunk beds in a separate bedroom and 2 sofa beda for extra guests. Set in 1 acre of amenable garden in a country area. Great views across the Strathconon valley. Central location & easy access to Inverness and the west coast.

Coul Beag is ideally situated in the Highlands. It is centrally positioned with excellent roads to the spectacular west coast, and also to the east, the picturesque Black Isle, Moray and north-east coasts. The Highland capital of Inverness is a 25-minute drive away and has excellent riverside restaurants, shopping, leisure pools, cinemas and theatre.

The house has a pleasant south-facing aspect and is situated in an acre of garden on the outskirts of the village of Contin. It has lovely views across the Strathconon valley to the hills beyond. It has plenty of social space for large groups, and the garden, with its garden furniture,

There are excellent walks from the doorstep and nearby including one through the forest to Strathpeffer and one to Rogie Falls and mountain bike trails including the world-famous "Strathpuffer".

The spa village of Strathpeffer has a beautiful golf course, coffee shops, restaurant and an excellent bike shop. For the more adventurous, mountains such as An Teallach, the Torridons and Fannichs are a short drive away.

Ospreys and red kites can be seen in the area, and fishing for salmon on the Conon or trout at the Tarvie Lochs are other activities local to Contin.

This is an all-round great family house that is highly recommended.
