5 minutes' drive from the exquisite West Coast seaside at Ocean Reef and close to the gorgeous Burns Beach further north and Mullaloo Beach further south - Beautiful in all seasons!

Two bus stops away from Joondalup train station (and therefore city-commute) and the extensive Lakeside Joondalup shopping mall as well as the uni.;

Wifi access is available.

Near the Joondalup Lake and reserve as well as numerous smaller parks;

Easy access to freeway;

Use of family bathroom, kitchen, laundry, living/dining room area and patio/garden;

Shared outdoor pool available in the summer months;

The room has everything you need and Kim had supplied us with everything you need if you had just arrived from the airport which is a great bonus. Lots do not think of this. It is close to supermarket, restaurants and the train station at Joondalup is not too far. We loved our stay it was very peaceful and had a dip in the pool which is so close would have used it more if the weather had been a little warmer. We hope to return some time in the future. Many thanks Kim for making us welcome in your home.

From the moment I arrived, Kim went out of her way to welcome me and help me settle in. She really went out of her way to show me around, and she has a real passion for her local area. She's such a friendly, warm person I feel like I've made a friend during my stay. The place itself is fantastic. Lovely little garden, plenty of space and air con (a must in the summer!) Set into a complex of similar houses, it's quiet, and there's a lovely pool, located in the middle of the complex (10 seconds walk from Kim's front door) so you can cool off during the heat waves! The bedroom is very modern, comfortable and cool. Fridge, TV, desk and huge mirrored wardrobes, it's just ideal. I also had full use of the kitchen, and my own cupboard with utensils etc so I could be totally self contained. Although Connolly was really quiet and more suited for someone with a car, I found the public transport was decent during normal working hours, with a bus stop just around the corner which runs to the local shopping center. There are also local shops and restaurants a 5 min walk from Kim's place, and another five minute walk and you're at the golf course where you can see Kangaroos at dusk! The golf course also has a decent English style pub too. In the town (about 5 mins bus ride away) there are more pubs, restaurants, banks, and a shopping center too. If you're looking for a friendly host who gives you space but is sociable if you like that too, and you want some of the best beaches just a few minutes drive in the car, a taste of real suburban WA life, a chill by a quiet pool, your own space, a friendly host, and a sleep in a very comfortable bedroom at night, then Bright Skies is the place for you. Highly recommended and already considering a return visit!!!

How do damage deposits work?
