Description

Modern self-catering apartment with stuning views over the Falls of Lora to the hills beyond. Lovely bright lounge/diner with kitchen beside. Both bathroom and shower room, two toilets. Quiet bedroom at the back of the house. Decking with table and chairs overlooking the Falls of Lora and Loch Etive. Modern decor. Three restaurants within walking distance, village shop. Oban 5 miles. Sea kayaking can also be arranged. Exellent location for sea trips, hill walking, cycling, exploring castles and gardens. Note that the sunlounge which you can see in the photos of the whole house, does not belong to the apartment, but the decking and view does!

“Cosy and comfortable”

My fiancé and I have just spent 5 nights in Strumhor Beag, and we absolutely loved it. The apartment is beautiful, cosy and sparkling clean. Beautiful views of the Falls of Lora and we could have spent hours looking outside! We arrived to home made bread and cakes which were very much welcomed after our journey! The apartment is really well situated for public transport, we used the train to get into Oban and take a break from driving. Would highly recommend the Oyster Inn for food - we ate there three nights of our stay as it’s so close (they do takeaway food too!) Olga was so helpful throughout, and considering the strange times we are living in at the moment, we were made to feel so welcome. The apartment is the perfect size for a couple, and if it wasn’t for the cold November weather we would have spent a whole lot more time outside on the private balcony. Maybe we’ll be able to return in the summer! Thank you Olga & Tony, you’re doing a fantastic job during these times, we felt so relaxed. Alastair & Heather

“Luxury accommodation”

We only had 4 days but it was an absolutely fabulous experience from fresh baked bread & cakes on arrival to the luxurious accommodation to the stunning views our only complaint was we weren’t staying longer ! Highly recommended the accommodation if you want to get away from it all and just unwind this is definitely the place to be .

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Olga (the owner) a message.

If Olga (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
