Our apartments have been created so that they are comfortable yet stylish, warm and welcoming, and practical and well laid out so that you can make the most of your holiday.

All apartments come fully furnished with enough kitchen equipment so that you'll have everything that you need for self catering (no need to pack the bottle opener!). We supply everything from fresh towels to loo roll, and are happy to unpack your supermarket shop if it arrives before you do.

The apartment has central heating which is on between the hours of 6am-10am and 15:30-23:00.

Check in is between 16:00hrs - 20:00hrs.

Anyone found smoking or vaping will be asked to leave the premises with immediate effect. No refund will be provided.
There is one parking space per apartment and any vehicles and contents are left at owners own risk.
Please respect other guests by dressing appropriately in communal areas and keeping noise to a minimum after 10pm
Safety is of upmost importance therefore, please keep landings, doorways and stairways clear at all times.

“Lovely home from home x”

On arrival parked at back of building and was greeted by the lovely Angela who showed us the apartment and gave us all the info we needed. Apartment 5 was on the top floor and didn't disappoint. Big living area/kitchen with all new modern appliances, clean and nicely decorated. Bathroom was modern and clean and kids loved the huge walk-in waterfall shower. Bedrooms were big and comfy with the softest pillows, (Iron/board/hairdryer) big double room and kids room had two beds with fluffy blankets (which they loved). Lovely views of the Old Man, Situated short walk from lots of pubs, cafes and shops and just up the lane from lake Coniston were we had booked excursions with Adventure 21. Loved the little touches such as night time cookies being left out in hall and the DVDs in cupboard which came in handy at night. Thank you Angela for letting us stay we have recommended your beautiful place to all our friends and family. Hope to see you again soon.

This place is great. Clean and modern. Very well located for Coniston amenities (pubs and hills) and the owners met us as we arrived and waved us off as we left. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment is immacutely clean with a modern decor and everything you could need, perfect for our family of fours trip to Coniston. Angela is very welcoming and the little touch's like milk etc are very thoughtful. The location is perfect, only a couple of minutes stroll and you are in the heart of Coniston. The lakes are stunning and coming home to a warm and cosy apartment is most welcome

The apartment is on the top floor of the building and has superb views of Coniston. It's fully equipped with all modern appliances and has clean and fresh decor - the photos probably don't do the place justice! We were attending a wedding at the waterhead hotel which is only a few minutes walk away. I can highly recommend this place and we would certainly choose to stay here again....thank you!

This is the second year we have stayed in these flats and it is clear to see that a lot of hard work and effort has gone into the property. The decoration is lovely and all of the amenities are new and of a high specification (we loved the shower!). All furniture and beds were comfy. Bedding and towels were provided. Everything was spotless. The parking facilities were good and the properties location was excellent being in right on the main road in Coniston. The owners themselves were nice, friendly and helpful. Coniston itself is a gorgeous place to stay. Scenic. Well positioned with lots of places an easy distance to visit and with several family friendly pubs and cafes to help you pass the week. We had a glorious week (even if the weather wasn't all that great) and I hope to stay again next year. Thank you.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Angela (the owner) a message.

If Angela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
