Our apartments have been created so that they are comfortable yet stylish, warm and welcoming, and practical and well laid out so that you can make the most of your holiday.

All apartments come fully furnished with enough kitchen equipment so that you'll have everything that you need for self catering (no need to pack the bottle opener!). We supply everything from fresh towels to loo roll, and are happy to unpack your supermarket shop if it arrives before you do.

One small to medium sized dog is permitted in this apartment but must not be left unattended in the apartment at any time.

Anyone found smoking or vaping will be asked to leave the premises with immediate effect. No refund will be provided.
There is one parking space per apartment and any vehicles and contents are left at owners own risk.
Please respect other guests by dressing appropriately in communal areas and keeping noise to a minimum after 10pm
Please keep landings, doorways and stairways clear at all times for your safety.

The location is great - very close to shops and pubs. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room is nice and spacious. The big plus is that we were able to book a short stay (3 nights). This was our 2nd visit and I'm sure we will visit again some time in the future.

A really nice recently renovated one bed apartment situated within walking distance of all amenities and a perfect base for walking. Great space for off road parking around the rear which was an advantage as local car parks very expensive. Inside the apartment it was clean, fresh, quiet and had all the accessories for our stay. Coniston has four great pubs offering nice food and plenty of real ales to choose from but our favourite for price and quality was The Ship Inn, approximately 10 min walk along the main road to Torver. If you wish to climb the old man and prefer a more gentle approach I suggest going along Walna Scar Road then up via Goat's Water to the peak descending by Low Water. A big thank you to Steve & Angela who couldn't have been more helpful during our stay, good luck with the project and we will definitely be back in the future.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Angela (the owner) a message.

If Angela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
