A beautiful new house in the countryside and 5 minutes to the town and beaches of conil.A spacious 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a pool, sun terrace and large private garden. We have created the perfect place to relax, a quiet restful retreat to spend your vacation.Situated next to forests with great walks and close to shops and restaurants, The property can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

The ground floor: A large fully equipped modern kitchen with granite worktops,oven,dishwasher and air-conditioning,it joins with an open plan dinning room with french doors to the outside patio.

The spacious living room has an oak floor with a woodburner and english smart T.V.There is a downstairs bathroom,and a twin bedroom with 2 single beds.

The top floor: Has the master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom,with french doors leading to the private sun terrace.

There are 2 more bedrooms with double beds and a large family bathroom with a shower and a bath.

Outside,there is a large patio for al fresco dinning,the swiming pool, a cooking area with a barbeque,and a laundry room.

The garden is partly lawned and planted with mature trees,it is enclosed and very private with ample parking.

    How do damage deposits work?

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Flora and Michael (the owner) a message.

    If Flora and Michael (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
