Description

Stunning 5* resort ideal for families and holiday makers seeking a relaxing break! Local supermarket, bar, tennis courts and football pitches are within walking distance. The much anticipated Jack Nicklaus golf course is scheduled to open later in 2009 and will be a golfers paradise.

The apartment is set in a beautifully kept garden with a child friendly swimming pool (separate shallow area for small children) and children's play area only seconds away.

Stunning roof terrace with 4 sun loungers for sun worshippers and table and chairs for al fresco dining!

In June 2009 the Foro Town Centre (exclusive to the resort) will be open offering the following to the Polaris World renters: Restaurants and bars, Supermarket, Shops, Crèche, gym, children’s play area etc

Getting around

The best was to get around is by car although the everything in the resort itself can be reached on foot There is a bar / restaurant 2 minutes walk from the apartment and the main resort town centre is a pleasant 15 minute walk away. Here you will find bars restaurants bakery supermarket ice cream places etc !

“Lovely week in the sun”

Apartment had everything we needed. Huge roof terrace with sun all day Pleasant owner Tim and Carol who was there when we arrived and when needed. Very reasonable price for a week for 5 of us. Lovely well kept complex. A car is essential to go anywhere outside of the complex. We ate twice at a delicious Indian restaurant less than 10 mins drive called Spice Villa. Staff and food were fantastic. Recommend driving to Mazarron and Cartegena. Both were busy with a great atmosphere. Would have loved more time in Cartegena centre. Such a pretty place. Ate at Rock Grill in Mazarron. Food and staff lovely. Journey from airport around half hour and very quiet roads! Murcia airport hassle free and straight forward. Would recommend this apartment in particular given the way we were looked after and a 1min walk to the nearest pool and 3min walk to the bar.

Fabulous location - very peaceful and perfect for a lazy relaxing holiday which is just what we wanted. Great accommodation which provided all the basic facilities needed with a good range of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Excellent communication with Tim the owner and the key holder on site. Provided you have use of a car getting to the beach is easy with a variety of lovely beaches on offer. Will definitely be returning to Condado D'Alhama again for our annual October get-away!

We just stopped in this apartment for one night on our way to Gibraltar and it was perfect. Would definitely consider staying for longer next time. Tim, the host was great and communicated well throughout the entire time.

Although it was only a short stay, we had a fantastic time at this accommodation- the perfect place to spend a short break in Spain. It was also a pleasure to deal with Tim, the owner, who was terrific throughout the process from start to finish and made our stay as comfortable as possible. Couldn’t rate higher!

Lovely, clean, tidy apartment in a great location situated close to the Condado Club and a walk to the main square a bit further away. The complex is quiet in April and May which is good for peace and quiet, Wonderful views from the roof terrace of the mountains, but can get chilli in the evenings so I recommend a light jacket if your sitting with a glass of wine. All in all a perfect holiday (again) Definitely recommended for those who just want to catch the sun and recharge the batteries—-even if you don’t play golf.

Very good layout and clean apartment with everything you need at hand. Car is recommended and if you’re prepared to drive 20 - 30 minutes you can access nearby towns and shops. Puerto de Mazarron is a must to visit. Lots of parking space and Condado estate has full security so it’s very safe for everyone. So many swimming pools small play areas in every garden to choose from - we let our kids out to play without worry. Also tennis and football pitches are very well kept. Lots of English speaking people live out there so no problem with language. Condado club just 1 minute walk served English menu and pint of Heineken for 2.75 Euro. WiFi was free and speedy - saved us phone bills You can also turn down the electric water boiler when not required or once hot and this saved us around 30 euros for ten days Also spar supermarket, hairdressers, cycle and golf equipment hire, pubs and restaurants are in Al Kaiser Square - 3 minute drive within estate. Very friendly flat owner ( Tim ) and Key holder (Caroll) always answered any questions via call, text or email Everything including the apartment was at very reasonable costs for a family with kids Thank you

a very nice clean apartment , slept 5 adults , its a great location , not to far from a local beach (just over the mountain) , the roof top area has stunning views , and the garden pool is a perfect size , the apartment has the basic needs nothing fancy but just right for what we wanted , it has air-conditioning which was needed this time of year , and there is loads of parking , there is plenty of bars and restaurants onsite.

The Apartment was very clean and well equipped. Location perfect to go off and explore the surrounding area. Resort centre has some lovely restaurants and bars and very cheap! Super market is excellent and great for stocking up on provisions. Pool and garden areas and very well maintained and the resort feels very safe and is very well kept. Would definately recommend staying at this apartment.

My wife and I stayed here with our 16 month daughter. The aparment has a cot and high chair so very family friendly. Apartment is nice and well apointed, the pool is lovely and the resort itself is secure and very peacfull. The town of Murci is about 40 minutes away is really nice and has Terra Natura which is great for kids. A great place to stay for a young family

How do damage deposits work?
