Both apartments comprise of 2 bedrooms furnished with high quality furniture and are very well equipped. The properties are fully equipped with new modern appliances and are in excellent condition. The indoor space is in total 134 sqm and the terrace is 37sqm. They truly feel like a home away from home with the added bonus of being somewhere warm and sunny.

These top floor properties are directly overlooking one of the infinity pools. With a sofa bed in the lounge, it sleeps 8-10 guests comfortably. These two properties are ideal for large groups or families.

The modern open-plan kitchens are equipped with high quality stainless steel appliances: oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and iron. The apartments are fully equipped with cookware, china dinnerware and cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils. The indoor dining area seats four comfortably but has an extending table to seat six if required. The living areas have a fold-out

In bedrooms #1 and 3 with a sliding doors to the terrace there are a king size bed, beds can be unzipped into 2 single beds if required. In bedrooms #2 and 4 there are 2 single beds that can be zipped together into one double bed if needed. All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, lamps and A/C units. Bed linen and towels are provided for.

The apartments has a modern tiled bathroom with a bath with overhead shower, shower screen, towel rail, mirror and cabinet over as well as under the basin.

On the terrace overlooking the infinity pool as well as the mountains, there is a built in BBQ, outdoor furniture and 4 sun beds. The outdoor dining area seats up to 12 guests. The apartments has access by lift and stairs and has private under cover parkings which is lovely in the summer months when cars get hot.

La Isla del Condado de Alhama Golf Resort, is located only 15 minutes by car from the magnificent beaches of Mazarron, where courses in diving and spectacular beaches and quiet coves Bolnuevo can be found. Recommended sites in the area to visit are the Sierra de Espuña, La Manga del Mar Menor, Cartagena with its Roman theatre, the naval museum and the archaeological museum. Within an hour drive by car towards Almeria you can visit the picturesque village of Mojácar, nicknamed the little Ibiza, which include whitewashed houses and beautiful beaches. Only 35 minutes away from the resort is Murcia city, with shopping centers such as La Noria Outlet Centre, New Condomina Thader are to be found, and places where children enjoy watching the wild animals at Terra Natura Zoo and the Water park in Murcia.

The Region of Murcia region

Literally translated as 'warm coast', this relatively undiscovered area of Spain has the mildest climate in the country and offers visitors the chance to discover the real Spain. With two seas to choose from, the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor, the coastline offers impressive cliffs, wonderful beaches, lively harbours and secluded coves. Huge plains, dramatic mountain ranges and national parks with lush forests are what define the interior landscape giving visitors the chance to relax and enjoy nature or participate in the many activities on offer.

Murcia region has on average 320 sunny days a year, an average annual temperature of 21º C, and 250 km of shoreline along two seas: the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean. It is noted for being a land of contrasts, with mountainous national parks, southern basins with steppe landscapes, and wonderful beaches such as those of La Manga, Mazarrón and Calblanque.

There are a number of beautiful cities that epitomise the history of Costa Calida. In Murcia you will find the 600 year old Santa Maria Cathedral, the highest in Spain. Lorca is tucked away in one of the most beautiful and majestic corners of Spain and has a stunning castle. Caravaca de la Cruz is one of the five holy cities in the world and home to the Vera Cruz cross, a shrine for the Lignum Crucis – wood from the cross on which Christ was crucified and many pilgrims travel from across the world to visit this spot. There is a variety of culture for everyone to enjoy in Costa Calida.

Condado de Alhama

On the island of La Isla you will find an outdoor sport area with free WIFI connection, a small playground and 2 infinity pools. It is a very safe, secure and quiet place.

Within walking distance you will find the beautiful Al Kasar shopping complex, right now there is a supermarket, bike rental, bakery, a pub, shops, an ice cream parlour, a tapas bar and 4 restaurants. Close to Al Kasar there are other sport facilities, such as a football field, tennis courts and the golf course. This is the only golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus himself, and it is truly a great experience to play this course. Within 45-55 minutes driving by car, 5 other golf courses designed by the Jack Nicklaus Design Group are available for play for Polaris World residents.

The Condado Club has a sports complex with tennis courts, basketball courts, paddle tennis courts and a football pitch where you can spend some free time, have something to eat and enjoy a healthy life.

The new fitness centre, Bienestar, is inside the Condado Club.There are daily, weekly and monthly rates available to suit all.

La Isla is different to the other Polaris developments as it has S-P-A-C-E. Set in 9,000,000 square meters of undulating land are around 394 apartments, set next to a Jack Nicklaus golf course, supermarket, Al Kasar entertainment and shopping centre, Golf Club and Pro Shop

“Fantastic accommodation in a great location”

Great apartments, very clean, modern, well equipped (a/c in every room), good location (near pool and Al Kasar), with round the clock security and ground maintenance. Lots to do in the immediate area with beautiful pool about a minute's walk away and restaurants and supermarket 5 minutes away. Al Kasar shopping mall is fantastic with nice restaurants, entertainment and the supermarket is well stocked with pretty much everything you need. We are not golfers, but we were reliably informed that the golf is fantastic there. The surrounding area has lots to offer to adults, 17 year olds, 14 year olds and 9 year olds ..... covers all age ranges! Beautiful beaches a short drive away with water activities, shopping malls,water park, go karting and nice towns to look round etc etc. You really need a car if you want to explore. Lisbeth was fantastic at responding with any queries we had which was very reassuring and Sparkle, who manage the property on site, are genuinely helpful and efficient, and open till late. Definitely recommend to anyone and we all would love to come again.
