Reminisce about lazy childhood days as you overlook a spectacular, panoramic mountain view. Share a romantic dinner on our huge terrace whilst enjoying the sunset. We invite to indulge in only the very best that Murcia has to offer. Your new sanctuary is a spacious two bedroom apartment located on the ground floor, a step away from the infinity swimming pool. Fully furnished, the apartment overlooks the lake with the advantage of a side-window exclusive to corner apartments. With free Wi-Fi, a 32-inch television, DVD player this apartment is perfect for calm, warm nights in with the family. Fancy a night-out? A selection of bars, shops, restaurants are located just a 5 minute walk away. During the summer months of July and August we are also pleased to be located close to the visiting 'Saturday Market' with live music and shows sure to get you in the holiday mood! For the daytime, the area is abound with activities: a private clubhouse with tennis, squash, and a bring -and-borrow library system on the Isla just a minute walk from the apartment, two infinity pools, and the nearby 'Jardines' apartments with on-site gym and clubhouses. Last but not least who could forget the stunning 5* Polaris World Golf Course, designed by the one and only Jack Nicklaus, available for use by all guests?

Guest services will be provided by the Company – Sparkleclean at the price of €65 per stay, payable on arrival. One of the members of staff will meet you at the security gate and will ensure that the beds are made, the linens and towels are washed and ironed, the floor, windows, kitchen and bathroom will also be thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival. A welcome pack of food/drinks can be arranged; however the nearest supermarket, cafes and restaurants are a 5 min walk away from the apartment.

From arriving at the security gates ,being shown the appartment and great facilities we could not of been happier.It was comfortable and having aircon ,powerful shower and a bath were a great bonus.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Lidia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
