Casa Kenja is second floor penthouse apartment on the Condado de Alhama golf resort with its own parking. Situated on the front line of a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course, this south west facing is beautifully modern furnished & fully air-conditioned apartment and has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a walk in shower.

The bright open plan dining / living area contains a dining table, sofa, coffee table, with a LCD TV, with access to English and European television programme and radio stations Wifi, PS3 play station, Blueray DVD player and Bose iPod docking station. The kitchen is fully equipped with Halogen hob, oven, microwave, large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, toaster.. The large terrace is equipped with a 4 seater dining table, 3 seater sofa, arm chair and coffee table and Webber BBQ.

An outside storage area where there is a washing machine, iron board and iron. A large communal swimming pool, with separate shallow area for small children, and playground equipment,

Murcia's coastline is rich and diverse, areas of rough water contrasting with gentle coves and quiet beaches. Dunes, salt flats, wetlands... the coastline of Murcia Region contains a considerable number of areas of indisputable environmental interest.

Such is the natural beauty and diversity of the landscape surrounding the resort that it is situated between two national parks, the Parque Regional de Carrasco y El Valle to the east and the Parque Regional Sierra Espuña to the north.
