From the owner

Our ground floor La Isla apartment can be found on the island in the centre of the Condado de Alhama Resort and Golf Complex. It is a wonderfully presented 2 Bedroom luxury ground floor apartment with a large terrace situated in Costa Calida - Murcia , Spain.

The accommodation comprises of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. It is furnished to a very high standard with top quality fittings. Facilities include air conditioning, English satellite TV, a Playstation 3 with numerous games and compatibility to play a large selection of games as well as DVDs on the premises. There is a also a washing machine and dishwasher. Additional entertainment in the apartment includes board games and books.

We have an air conditioning meter which is operated by a card. You will be provided with a card that is preloaded with enough money for a week. Additional cards can be purchased from our keyholders for €10.

On the large terrace, you can eat your meals or relax in the sunshine on the outdoor sofa with a well deserved beer or glass of sangria, whilst enjoying the views over the lake on which the island stands, with further uninterrupted views of the Sierra Espuna Mountains.

The communal pool is situated to the right of the apartment a minute's walk away allowing you a cool swim on those hot sunny days. A lap of the island is around 1km and a good circuit for a walk or jog with panoramic vistas.

The Condado de Alhama resort includes the Al Kazar 'Town Centre ', which comprises of a supermarket, bakery, golf shop, ice cream parlour, beauty salon, bars and numerous restaurants, and is located just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. At the end of La Isla there are table tennis tables and a boules playing pitch.

Also on the site there are also two football / basketball pitches, tennis courts, and a golf driving range to keep the energetic entertained. The Golf course comprises of the ' Bears ' best 18 holes designed by Jack Nicklaus as well as a club house with restaurant.

How do damage deposits work?
