The apartment is fitted the Wifi and has air conditioning throughout and the large rooftop solarium is well furnished with full awning for shade and privacy. Within walking distance of golf course and 1st Tee. Other golf courses also within easy reach. Local towns and beach resort within easy driving distance.The apartment is situated 2nd in from the end of the row which means it is close to the parking area and is also in a quieter location away from the large communal swimming pool. There is an on site supermarket, pub and several restaurants. There are also football pitches, tennis courts and gymnasium. The resort is a must for all golfers as there are another 5 golf courses available to play on. This large resort is quiet and peaceful and very well maintained.

The living area has a three seater sofa and single chair, There is also a lamp table and large coffee table. There is a 32 inch flat screen cable TV which has most British TV channels, Spanish and many more. There is also Wifi available.The dining area hosts a round dining table and 4 chairs.The very well equipped kitchen has everything you will need for preparing all your meals. There is also a washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, oven and ceramic hob, microwave oven, kettle and toaster. A full list of items available will be issued with all bookings.The bathroom has a large bath with an over the bath shower. The whole bathroom is tiled and there is storage to keep all your toiletries. There will be clean fresh white bath and hand towels supplied.There is a double bedroom has two single beds that can be put together as one king size bed. There is also a dressing table with a large mirror and large wardrobe which includes a chest of drawers. The second bedroom has twin single beds with bedside cabinet, large wardrobes which also include two chest of drawers. There is also a full length mirror. Fresh clean white sheets, duvets, covers and pillows are provided.Other items included in the apartment are iron and ironing board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, clothes drier and pegs. Four British adapter plugs. All the essentials you need whilst staying in a holiday apartment.

There is a large roof top solarium the same size as the whole apartment which has a glass table and 4 chairs, two reclining sunbeds with mattresses and 3 rocking sunbeds. An awning has also been fitted to give some privacy and also shade from the sun.The apartment is located in the 2nd phase (Los Naranjos) of Condado de Alhama and is within 2 minute walking distance of the golf course and the 1st Tee.There are two and half sets of Golf Clubs available for use with rental of apartment. This will save you having to carry and pay for taking golf clubs with you.

The Region of Murcia region

All areas within Murcia are within driving distance and exploring the area is a must. The nature reserve of Sierra Espuna is also nearby.The main city of Murcia is a 35 min drive away on the motorway. There are two large shopping centres which have many shops and restaurants.

Condado de Alhama

The resort is 5 mins drive from the nearest town Camposol. There are many restaurants such as Chinese, Indian, Steakhouses, Italian, and even a chippy. There are also bars, supermarket, petrol station, banks and other shops, which are mainly all together in the town centre and is predominantly English speaking.There is also a bowling alley with internet access and a golf course, The coastal town of Mazzaron is a 15 min drive away. There is a large market which operates every Sunday. There is a large marina and promenade along the beach front which boasts many restaurants and shops. There is ample underground parking at the beach.Directions to these towns and city are available with all bookings.
