Glen Cottage is a traditionally furnished cottage in Comrie sleeping up to 8 guests. There is a private garden and games room with table tennis table. There is a downstairs double en-suite room, a double (en-suite) and two twin rooms upstairs. There is also a reading gallery, with books and a television upstairs. Ideal for a quiet break, the cottage is also nearby local shops and restaurants, and a short drive into the beautiful countryside of rural Perthshire.

The town lies on the River Earn and also nearby the highland boundary fault, responsible for the landscape of glens and waterfalls, as you pass from the lowlands to the highlands. You can find a small "Earthquake House" in the village that was used for recording earth tremors. The most famous sight in the village is the White Church that stands beside the river.

There are two popular annual festivals held in Comrie every year: Comrie Fortnight in summer, and the Comrie Flambeaux (a torchlit procession held every New Year).

Comrie

There are shops and restaurants to enjoy in the village, fish and chips available nearby, a local golf course and forest walks. The village is surrounded on all sides by beautiful Perthshire countryside and you can soon be out and exploring the majestic Trossachs National Park.
