From the owner

Park Lodge is a traditional cottage of stone and slate construction and is set within mature garden grounds with ample room for parking. The Lodge enjoys a character design with open fire in the living room and is well finished throughout. Fitted with Gas Central heating, and All modern Conveniences.

Park Lodge located 1.5 Miles outside of Comrie Itself set in its own private grounds with a large established garden and ample parking. The house is furnished throughout to cater to most needs. The Property Is located a short Distance from Comrie Croft .

 

The Ground Floor Comprises, entrance hall, Dining room with solid Cherry dining table and seating for 6 , Sitting room with TV DVD Video and Open Fire, Fully Fitted Kitchen with all Modern Appliances , Gas Hob / Oven, Utility room Master Bedroom with King-size Bed and Ensuite bathroom. The Large Conservatory leads of the Sitting room

 

On the 1st floors to the East is a Double bedroom with En—Suite bathroom. And West There is a Twin Bed room with En Suite Bathroom

Each is Accessed by their own stairs Staircase

Please note this is a working estate and there are vehicles moving around the estate . we do ask visitors PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE HORSES.

How do damage deposits work?
