From here you can walk through the neighbours land to beautiful walks or along the foreshore for the same. There are two pubs, one 2 minutes walk away and one 20 minutes walk away. Parking is in the nearest pubs car park so if you have difficulty walking this may not be suitable for you as you have to walk over uneven ground for a couple of minutes. Shaldon beach is 10 minutes in the car one way with several cafes and a small zoo plus a smugglers tunnel that leads to a sandy cove backed by cliffs or Maidencombe is 10 minutes the other direction and has a pub in the village plus a cafe at the beach, lots of steps to get to the beach here.

Location description from owner

The England region

Combeinteignhead is a beautiful area and the property lies on the estuary so the water is ever changing.

Wild life enthusiasts will love it here. In Winter there are several migrating birds including the wonderful avocet. Watersport enthusiasts, bring your windsurf board and take off right outside the property!

The sea is only 10 minutes drive away and there are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. The closest is 3 minutes walk from the cottage :)
