Utility room: cupboard housing washing machine and tumble dryer on the first floor. Outside: to the rear of the property, enclosed tiered patio area with garden furniture, BBQ and fire-pit. To the front a sloping garden area with patio area and seating. Amenities: private off road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Location: beach, pubs and shops all within walking distance. Arrival time: 3:30pm
