A Dog Friendly charming character two bedroom Victorian ground floor apartment set in the picturesque seaside village of Combe Martin.

One of the nearest holiday flats by the beach,

Featuring 1 master bedroom with double bed and ample storage.

The second bedroom is located off the master bedroom with two single beds.

Bed linen is supplied at Pebbles

This property has a small shower room and a separate w/c with basin.

Pebbles has a spacious kitchen fully equipped for your self catering needs with fitted units, fridge/freezer, gas cooker, hob, microwave, washing machine, Cooking utensils, iron and ironing board .

The inviting lounge with its comfy leather suite, log burner effect fire, FREE WIFI and freeview TV includes a dining area, located in the large bay window, capturing pleasant views towards the countryside. Foxes, Pheasants, lambs, rabbits, hawks and kestrels have all been spotted through your front window.

The property also has a paved front garden with gravel and slabbed patio with seating, and a small private enclosed courtyard to the rear, which is ideal for your dog/s

Pebbles also has its own parking space for one car.

There is a TV in the twin bedroom set up to watch a wide selection of children's videos all available at Pebbles,

and for the adults there is a selection of puzzles, books and games.

The property is within 2 minutes walking distance of pubs, restaurants, shops and beaches, with many rock pools to explore!

There is a dog friendly beach which is open ALL YEAR.

Also the accommodation is ideally situated to enjoy a variety of coastal and inland walks including Exmoor National Park.

Award winning beaches Woolacombe, Puttsborough, Saunton sands and croyde bay are all a short drive away as is Ilfracombe, and several other North Devon attractions The dinosaur park, Tarka trail and Exmoor Steam railway to name but a few.

Summer or Winter Combe Martin and Pebbles the Knoll really do suit everyone of all ages.

Pebbles has a few front door steps and several steeper steps to the rear, it is not suitable for the disabled or infirm.

We recommend you unload luggage, pets & family at the front of Pebbles. The parking space is situated at the rear of the property. Which has very steep steps down to your back door. There is a pay & display car park available in the town a short distance away if you prefer.

Please note 1 Hand towel is supplied per person Please note Beach and Bath towels are NOT supplied at Pebbles.

Pebbles is within walking distance (2mins) from Combe Martin beach, shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. There is a bus available regularly to go into local town illfracombe. Larger beaches are 10-20mins away by car.

Interaction with guest

Pebbles is all yours to enjoy for the duration of your holiday, the keys are in a key safe for you to collect. We the owners are not local to Combe Martin, however we have a house keeper available in emergencies. There is a file of advise and information in Pebbles. We ask for you to arrive after 2pm and depart before 10am.

“Wow! Wonderful accommodation.”

What a beautiful holiday getaway. Lovely lounge, overlooking a very pretty garden, beautiful beaches close by. Very very happy dogs after lovely walks. Thoroughly recommend it.

“Family holiday”

Arrived after a long drive at 2pm so managed to get straight in . Parking space a real bonus as flat on the main road . Steps very steep to the back but we managed . Well situated , literally 5 mins walk to the bubble beach which was great for our fig and skimming stones. Local pubs are dog friendly and the Dolphin a hit with the children(16&13) as if had free pool, darts and football table. Good food too and we enjoyed the thatchers cider and Doombar! Short drive to ilfracombe for shopping and a scooter park . Local festival with music may thus an enjoyable trip, Atlantic shopping was a retail outlet and worth a visit as was woolacombe. Again less than 30 mins away. Ilfracombe golf course reasonably priced at £15 for 18 holes for a junior and I had a wonderful walk round with stunning views in every direction. Combe Martin has a lovely Vibe with a nice community spirit- local kayak racing with beach BBQ and a carnival during our week stay. Lots of thrift shops to browse. Hired a kayak which was £15 for two for an hour which was great fun. Welcoming friendly people. The flat was great as we had a dog. Smelt fresh on arrival and on the whole clean And tidy. Small minor issue of dirty plates in cupboard but text owner to inform who responded quickly to apologise Living space ample for our family if 4- net our needs. Beds very comfortable and although bedrooms not the largest was sufficient. With the age of my family and their size the shower room and toilet was a bit cramped but again we managed. Outside space good especially undercover area for hanging wetsuits etc. Would recommend a stay as we had a great holiday despite the weather.

We loved our stay at Pebbles and would definitely recommend it. The property was clean, lovely and warm and was equipped with everything we needed. The kids especially loved the videos and games provided! It's in a lovely location, a couple of minutes walk from the beach and plenty of places to visit a few miles drive away. We didn't want to come home and would definitely stay at Pebbles again!

We picked a great week weather wise and really loved the fact that you are so near to the beaches, restaurants and pubs. There are loads of walks on the doorstep and the cottage is the perfect base to explore North Devon. We took our dog who had great fun on the beach 5 mins from the cottage.
