VILLA LA NORIA, unique vacation house near Comares.

Beautiful and stunning villa with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The villa comprises of 3 attached apartments with separate entrances all around a wonderful swimming pool with lovely terraces which have amazing views. The villa is let as one complete house to ensure complete privacy for our guests. Located 5 minutes by car from the village of Comares and with wifi, parking, gardens, heating (for the cooler months), sensational views down to the Mediterranean Sea.

All our villa’s are situated in wonderful natural environment and quiet village areas. Therefore these houses are ideal for holidays for families and groups who are looking for these characteristics and appreciate them. So please note that the villas are not suitable and available for noisy party holidays.

The village of Comares, the most beautiful White village in the Axarquia is delightful and was voted Magical Village of Spain ! It is 5 minutes, by car, and has bars, banks, shops, bakers, restaurants, pharmacy and doctor. There are also more bars and restaurants in the small Hamlet of Los Ventorros.

A car is recommended at this villa to be able to make the most of your vacation.

1 dog can be allowed but only after consultatiion and there is an extra cost to be paid.

Guests have complete privacy and the whole house, pool and gardens are for their use only. However you have the telephone number for your caretaker who will come to see you during your vacation. He will also be responsable for cleaning the swimming pool and is on hand should you have any problems during your stay.

Very good property for group vacation

Very nice villa with lots of space for a group vacation for 15 adults. Lovely views and good facilities. Everything we needed for our stay. Close to the village of Comares which has a store, bars and places to eat around the town square. Very good support from the team at Comares Holiday Properties with a few requests we had. No issues at all. Would stay again for a similar trip.

Brilliant accommodation for groups

My extended family and I stayed in September 2019. The location was ideal for trips to the coast as well as for a quiet retreat. The local town of Comares has some small shops, banks, bars, restaurants and a hotel and is very picturesque. The villa comfortably held the large group with 3 living areas which meant the kids could do their own thing separate from the adults. Good facilities, kitchen, bathroom etc. Pool was ideal and cleaned regularly by the caretaker who friendly and helpful. The people we dealt with at Comares Holiday Properties could not have been more helpful and were readily contactable. Would not hesitate to recommend this location and this property in particular.

Perfect huis voor families en prachtige omgeving.Een ruim huis met 3 appartementen en in grootste appartement eetkeuken om met z'n allen te eten als je wil.

Estancia perfecta.

Situado a las afueras de Comares. Ni molestan ni te molestan. Instalaciones perfectas, muy bien cuidadas. Tienes unas vistas alucinantes sobre los campos de cultivos y al fondo el mar. Tranquilidad, calidad. No se puede pedir más.
