Most charming, superb detached barn conversion, Grade II listed, over 200 years old, tucked away in a quiet setting in the grounds of the owner's home, in the centre of the historic small market town of Colyton, between the coastal towns of Sidmouth and Lyme Regis.

Accommodation: Completely renovated, refurbished and attractively furnished to a superb standard with excellent quality fixtures and fittings.

Cosy and quirky. Many period/original features including exposed beams.

Reverse accommodation with Kitchen, Dining and Living areas on the first floor to take advantage of the wealth of exposed beams and view over the countryside.

Ground floor: Entrance Hall. Bedroom: Double, with fitted wardrobes. Shower Room: Power shower, Basin, WC. Stairs to first floor.

Charming beamed ceiling Lounge with double convertible settee, electric wood burner, Dining area with table and chairs, well equipped and fitted Kitchen area with granite worktops.

Facilities: Bed linen and towels inclusive. Electricity/gas/central heating inclusive.Electric hob and oven.Microwave.Fridge with freezer compartment. Washer/dryer. Dishwasher. TV.DVD .Radio. Free wi-fi

Outdoor Facilities: Enclosed courtyard with garden table and chairs situated at the front of Upside Down cottage, directly behind the owners house. Parking space in front of owners house.

Additional information: Saturday changeover. Well behaved small/medium pet welcome, £25 pw or part week. Please let us know if you have pets so we can add this extra fee to your quote. Many thanks.

A couple of minutes walk to the shops, inns and picturesque River Coly. A further 5 minutes to the famous open top electric tram running along the stunning Axe Valley.

The popular small seaside town of Seaton with superb beach, Esplanade, harbour, shops, cafes, restaurants and golf course are all just over a 5 minutes drive away. Spectacular cliff top walks on this Jurassic Coast to the pretty fishing village of Beer and onto the seaside village of Branscombe, surrounded by National Trust land.

The coastal town of Lyme Regis with its famous Cobb of the 'French Lieutenant's Women' fame and interesting individual specialist shops is only a 15 minute drive over the Devon border into Dorset.

The small thriving market town of Axminster, famous for the Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall 'River Cottage Canteen', shops and weekly street market is just a 15 minute drive away.

A unique, most convenient and relaxing location for exploring the delights of this pretty area.

How do damage deposits work?
