Oak beamed ceilings, comfy sofas, a sunny conservatory, fully equipped kitchen with table big enough for you all to sit round makes this south facing property an ideal place to feel at home. All bedrooms are en suite.

A quiet and peacful setting yet ideal for walking and touring the lovely East Devon countryside and coastline

Golf, fishing,riding, beaches, (sailing,windsurfing), gym and indoor swimming pools are all within a 5 mile radius.

1.5 acre field is the garden for playing, exercising the dog or practicing your golf in. BBQ and garden furniture.

We are close to a small town with shops, pubs, restaurants and a beautiful church.

Whilst there is plenty of parking space tidy parking is much appreciated as owners use yard as well.

The lounge, with a big open fire, magnificent views, t.v. etc; kitchen and games room with pool table all open onto the large conservatory which in turn opens onto the private garden.

The master bedroom has triple aspect windows to the valley, en-suite bathroom with double basins, large shower and bath also a large walk in wardrobe. the other 2 doubles also have the magnificent views.

Patio,garden furniture and gas BBQ all help to make eating alfresco easy whilst watching the wildlife, deer, fox and an abundance of birds there is also a badger set just across the field.

“Perfect dog friendly 5 bedroom house- superb location - terrific hosts”

Fabulous location, stunning views of the countryside. What is really good, it easily caters for 10 guests, plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses etc., no need to keep washing up. Easy access to many beautiful towns, villages and seaside locations. All bedrooms have there own shower/ WC, which is a real benefit. We were made so very welcome by Glenda who could not do enough for us. Always quick to respond to e mails asking those last minute questions. We were 3 generations plus 3 dogs and we all had a wonderful relaxing time and found some really good pubs offering great food and a welcome for the dogs. Would we go back ? Yes we would, cannot recommend it too highly.

How do damage deposits work?
