Prestigious self catering at secluded rural holiday cottage with character in Devon, SW England. Brandy's Cottage is part of Whitwell Farm holiday cottages which earned the English Tourist Board's 4 Star Grade for comfort, location & decor.

The 1 bedroomed cottage includes a fantastic 4-poster bed, jacuzzi bath in the en-suite bathroom, single sofa bed in the spacious lounge, cot if required, and private decked area with beautiful views across the Axe Valley.

Our Green Credentials are that our electricity is supplied by Solar Panels (when the sun shines!), heating supplied by a large automatic Biomass Boiler fueled by Wood and our water is from a Natural Spring.

“So peaceful and restful”

This was our 4th holiday at the farm and our 3rd stay in Brandy's cottage. It's so peaceful. The views are stunning, and the cottage has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We are looking forward to booking up again for next year. The farm is in a great location for many places to visit.

we have stayed at this farm several times a year for the last 4 years with xmas 2011 our most recent stay & as ever Brandy's cottage welcomed us back with it's cleanliness & comfort. The underfloor heating & log fire in winter is sumptuous & the decking with furniture & incredible views a joy in summer, not to forget the AMAZING jacuzzi to relax in after a long walk in the stunning countryside surrounding whitwell farm, where we regularly see deer, unusual birds & fantastic wild life. The farm is family run & is so welcoming, nothing is to much trouble. It is ideal for families, with children able to play safely & equally perfect for couples wanting a getaway & being on the jurasic coast it makes a perfect retreat as well as having access to so many tourist attractions. We have booked our spring stay in may & can't wait to see the lambs on the farm & some returning friendly faces that go to the farm every year, just perfect !

How do damage deposits work?
