The Conwy County region
The property is at the end of a private drive, secured by large steel gates with private off road parking for up to six cars or jet skis/speed boats. The garden provides plenty of space for children to play securely and the pool has been gated off for safety. The pool and gardens enjoy the sun throughout the day. The main aspect of the home is westerly facing which makes for amazing sunsets while sipping a cocktail on the amply sized balcony overlooking the sea and countryside views, pool and gardens. The property has plenty of quiet corners in which to retreat if you wish. To the rear is a small woodland which makes for interesting nature walks with small children. The large patio area opens out from the family room and is great for playing table tennis. The home is extremely private with hedging screening the few nearby properties. If visiting with pets, the property is enclosed with adequate fencing which should keep all but the most determined hounds safe.
You will be spoilt for choice with the beautiful north Wales coastline and it's miles of beaches, but to give you a flavour of what is in store, within 3 miles is the pretty seaside village of Rhos-on-Sea with small shops, cafes and harbour for fishing trips. The long promenade has a wide walkway and cycle track, which joins the north Wales cycle route. The beach recently benefited from a £6m overhaul and has lovely fresh sand for families, plus separate areas for fishing, sailing and jet skies.
Special rates available for Rhos on Sea Golf Club (18 Hole Parkland Course, 5965 yards, SSS 69), which is only three miles away and offers incredible value for money. Formed in 1899, the club is ideally situated equidistant between the holiday resorts of Rhos-on-Sea and Llandudno. It is quite literally a seaside course with its open aspect being enhanced by inland views of nearby hills and the periphery of Snowdonia beyond. Please contact us for details of our golfing package deals. Alternatively Conwy Golf Club is 7 miles away.
6 miles away in Llandudno where you will find the longest toboggan run in Britain and a scenic PermaSnow ski slope. Offering skiing, snowboarding, toboggan and snow-tubing with a fully licensed Alpine Lodge Bar and Restaurant with

Pwllycrochan Woods nature reserve is a delightful 21 ha woodland just 5-10 minutes walk from the property. The wood is almost entirely deciduous with a variety of native trees and exotic species such as sweet chestnut. Each Walk guides you through the ancient part of the woods helping you discover for yourself its history and wildlife.
