Set in foothills of Colorado Springs, surrounded on 3 sides by trees and wildlife, apartment is located inside a home on a quiet cul-de-sac less than 10 minutes from US Air Force Academy.

Two separate French door entrances assure privacy in this gorgeous, spacious, bright lower level walk-out apartment with 1 bedroom (2 guests max), bath w/private tub & separate steam shower, very large living room, dining area, and kitchenette. Kitchenette includes small refrigerator, microwave/rotisserie oven, coffee maker, toaster/convection oven, crockpot, grill-sandwichmaker, and dishes, cups, silverware, & cooking utensils.

Private deck offers access to a large grill with stunning views overlooking Colorado Springs to the east and Front Range to the west.

Very modern and so comfortable you may be tempted to stay in and view a movie or enjoy watching deer, bunnies, moonlight and city lights from the deck. Lots of windows make it bright but darkening shades allow for sleeping in, if desired. Perfect for a couple's retreat!

Many people seem to be interested in vacationing in Colorado because our state decriminalized marijuana. Our home is completely smoke-free...not even allowed on that gorgeous private deck.

We do not allow outside guests, with the exception of your soldier or airman if you are in town visiting a son or daughter in the military. They may visit during the day. If they spend the night, there is an additional fee but their rate is discounted with military ID.

How do damage deposits work?
