Located in the countryside. Ideal for a romantic holiday forgetting the city and the stress and enjoying the silence and privacy of the place where the house is located.

A 1 km from the town of Colonia de Sant Pere. Detached house of 75 m2.

The house is located on the ground floor and has a living room with fireplace, full kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. Terrace with fantastic views of the bay, where you can enjoy the best sunsets on the island. Availability for 4 people.

It has fridge, oven, washing machine, hair dryer, fireplace. Availability of cots, bed linen and towels. It has satellite TV.

The house is located at the end of a private road so it doesn't have close neighbors, what provides great privacy to the occupants.
