We stayed here for a week in September 2016. The booking process was simple and communication with Alison prior to arriving was excellent. The apartment itself was extremely;y clean and very well equipped with everything we could have needed. The location was also fantastic, as it was a short walk into the centre of town and the beaches, but was also quiet and had ample parking. Collioure itself is a wonderful little town, plenty of great food and beautiful scenery. We also did day trips to Barcelona and Carcassonne which were 1.5-2 hours away, so a great location from that point of view. We would definitely recommend Residence La Cadenisse and would love to visit again!

My family and I spent two weeks in Collioure, beautiful place and stayed in Residence La Cadenisse. The apartment is very spacious and very well equipped. washing machine, dish washer, fans in the bedrooms a balcony where you can dine outside. It is in a fantastic location very near to the town and to the beach. The children loved their bedrooms and we had a lovely time. I would highly recommend it. The owners are lovely people and a pleasure to deal with.

Date of Stay - 15th July -20th July- Having just returned from the apartment for a few days break (also spent 2 days in Perpignan) i was thouroughly impressed with every aspect of the apartment. The bedrooms were of a decent size with comfortable beds and best of all fans are supplied to help with the 34 degree heat that we experienced during our stay. The bathroom was clean and had a modern feel to it and the lounge/dining balcony were perfect for socialising before heading out for an evening meal. The owners cater for all, offering accommodation for upto 6 people and every amenity is provided, there is even a high chair for children, additional seating for al fresco dining, washing machine, communal clothes line, plastic cups, bowls etc and enough cutery and crockery that you would ever need. Prior to attending the apartment you will receive a handy little information pack detailing the local supermarkets, things to do/see, although we never did quite find carrefour there was a Lidl in Argeles which had everything you would be able to purchase in the larger stores and if you only need a few basics then there is the carrfour city which is just on the main street into Collioure on the left hand side. You have the choice of 3 beaches all within a 10 minute walk from the apartment they are all beautiful and range from sandy, small pebble to large pebble and are all perfect for soaking up a bit of sun. There are also lots of bars/restaurants around the beaches although they only tend to serve meals at certain times in the afternoon so bare that in mind if you are planning on eating out. All in all we had a thoroughly enjoyable time and would definately consider returning to Collioure again and would look to utilise the apartment on our return visit. Excellent value for money (even in peak season), excellent location and a good all round base for exploring further a field if you so wish.

We spent a great week at this apartment - so handy for the town with its super restaurants. The apartment is very well equipped - great attention to detail with lovely artworks on the walls. It was very cosy and comfortable for our party. We did not have a car and found the 1 euro bus service a godsend. The train station is only 5 minutes walk away and we travelled here from Carcassonne without any problems or pre-booking. All in all a highly recommendable apartment.

Apartment very spacious and nice to live...Comfortable even for a family of 4 o 6 persons. Easy to access and possibility to park the car in the private street, which is important especially in summer. Everything is provided for the comfort of holidaymakers... kitchen very complete and great with oven and dishwasher that work very well, living room with two comfortable sofas, tele and dvd including many films a provision. Books and games for young children. The beds are very comfortable and the sofa bed also. This is really an apartment to recommend for the holidays, near the centre and the beaches of Collioure (approximately 10 minutes by foot). the apartment is on the ground floor... only 5 steps to climb... The owners are very serious and enjoyable... The key and the deposit are sent very quickly, without any problem. Really an apartment has recommend from excellent holidays.

A very spacious comfortable apartment and because the owners use it themselves it has every appliance and piece of crockery/utensil you are going to need along with a good stock of DVD's, books, toys and tourist info stuff. Booking was very easy as was return of deposit. Collioure is a charming coastal town and the apartment is located within easy walking distance of the town centre, market (Wed & Sun am), beaches and restaurants. The apartment itself is situated in a quiet leafy street with easy access to parking outside. There are no spectacular views from the apartment - you have to get out to appreciate those.
