“Perfect location in a picture postcard town”

Reviewed 28 Aug 2015

This was our first visit to Collioure and we found this apartment by chance online, when we arrived my husband's first comment was " We've hit the Jackpot" and for the next two weeks our sentiments never changed. The apartment is over two floors which suited us perfectly as we were a couple with an 18 yr old so everyone had some space if needed, the location could not be better, we were able to walk to the beach every morning for a swim before breakfast in 2 seconds, and then collect our fresh bread from the bakery on the way back. The streets are all pedestrianised around the town centre, so the apartment has a very safe and secure feeling , it was spotlessly clean and equipped with all utensils to the higest standard, no shortage of glasses, cooking equipment etc, and an excellent cooker and washing machine drier. The view from the balcony takes in the sea, the castle and the mountains, and its just lovely to sit there and enjoy people watching, or have a drink in the evening. Everything is within a very very short walking distance, some lovely restaurants, cafes, a corner shop and an excellent Carrfour mini supermarket. We didn't hire a car and we didn't need it even once. Staying in this apartment felt like we had borrowed a friend's holiday home, sometimes a rental property is very basic and soulless, whereas this became home to us almost immediately. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting the authentic French experience.

“An apartment full of character and light in lovely part of the old town.”

This is a perfect apartment for a small family, or one or two couples. It has plenty of sun and light and a pleasant outlook. The kitchen is new and very well equipped and the beds are comfortable. It is also nice and quiet in the mornings if you like sleeping in late. We loved our month's stay there.

“Pragtfuld ferie i Collioure.”

Reviewed 16 May 2015

“Fantastic view,good facilities,internet,very clean,central location”

Very nice flat with a fantastic view from the balcony over the town and even the sea. God place to enjoy a glas of wine in the evening sun. There are good kitchen facilities, nice bathrooms, good beds and very clean. Wireless internet. You can easily walk to the nearest bakery to buy delicious croissants in the morning. There are very god restaurants near by. God possibilities for biking or hiking og to go to the beach.

“Perfect for family of five”

Reviewed 17 Oct 2011

The appartment was situatet perfectly, close to the beach, close to restaurants and shops, and with a nice view and afternoonsun on the balcony. We loved the two-storey appartment, because we have children of different age, and we could get privacy and silence when needed. The appartment was placed so close to the beach, that we often went up to the appartment for small breaks. Very good beds and a nice large diningtable was also appreciated.
