Very quiet and private, you will enjoy an authentic bucolic experience.
Everything is surrounded by a huge private park. First floor: living room with a big fireplace, reading room, toilet, dining room, big kitchen with all the necessaries. Second floor: 3 double rooms, 1 twin room, 2 bathrooms.
Only 20-30 km to the beaches: Pisa/Livorno; 70km to Florence, 50km to Lucca/Bolgheri/CastagnetoCarducci.
A BIO market km0 is reachable by a short walk. The villa is near to all your needs (Pharmacy, markets...)
Only on request in advance: personal chef / baby sitter / cooking private classes.
