This modern beach house, set in Sydney's Northern Beaches, is an entertainer's dream, a paradise to a person who just wants to relax and a playground to someone looking for activities.

The house is a very spacious two story house that is designed for 1 large extended family or 2 smaller ones. The downstairs of this remarkable home is bathed in sunlight and has 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms and 3 king sized bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen is modern with quality appliances. There is also an extensive range of small appliances including a Nespresso machine.

Upstairs, there is a parents' retreat consisting of a spacious bedroom and ensuite. There is also a living area complete with a fireplace for a quiet escape. There are two balconies overlooking the picturesque Collaroy Basin.

The house has a sunny level backyard. On the large timber deck is a 4 burner gas barbecue and an outdoor table that seats 10. There are numerous places to sit and relax

With 2 fireplaces, the house is equally inviting in the colder months.

This holiday house is located in the exclusive enclave of Collaroy Basin which has something for everyone. The house is 1 short block from the beautiful and private Fisherman's Beach. Across the road from the house is the Long Reef Golf Club, a park, a playground and the Collaroy Tennis Club. Two blocks away is a cafe, a number of takeaway restaurants and a variety of shops. It is a 5 minute walk to the vibrant Collaroy Beach where there are more restaurants and shops including a grocery store to stock up on supplies.

Iconic Manly with its beautiful beaches and large array of shops and restaurants is a 20-25 minute drive south. From Manly, you can take the ferry across the beautiful Sydney Harbour to the CBD and Darling Harbour. Palm Beach, where "Home and Away" is filmed, is 25 minutes north of the the house.

Collaroy Basin is a heavily sought after residential suburb on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. It is an epicentre of all you could need on a holiday. The beach house is across the road from an 18 hole public golf course, public tennis courts, a park and playground. It is a 100m walk to Fisherman's Beach and another 100m walk the other way to a fabulous cafe as well as shops and takeaway restaurants. A 5 minute walk to Collaroy Beach where there is a wider range of shops and restaurants including a grocery store for stocking up. Collaroy Basin is approximately 20 minutes to Manly Beach and 35 minutes to Sydney CBD. The bus is easily accessible at the top of the street.
