9 Milking Hill Park is a semi-detached bungalow located four miles from Stornoway town center in the village of Tong. Front and back gardens with free private parking for 2 vehicles. Free Wi-Fi also available in property. There are 2 televisions one with free view and Sky TV installed in the living room. This is a small family run island business and are registered with the local Authority as a landlord.

Ideal holiday home when visiting and exploring the Isle of Lewis.. Golf course located in castle grounds in nearby town..

Fully furnished self catering accommodation for a maximum of 4 guests. 2 bedrooms - one with a large king size bed, free view television and one bedroom with a double bed. Both have large wardrobes and bedroom furniture.

Kitchen is fully kitted out with a small table and 4 chairs. Living room has 2 large electric reclining couches. Sky Television, Netflix and a DVD player..

All bedding and towels are provided. Storage heaters. Will except bookings for any day of week.

Can provide invoices for company lets.

No hidden charges and electricity included in price.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dee-anne (the owner) a message.

If Dee-anne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
