“Perfect Villa for releaxing break”

We stayed at the villa during the first two weeks of June and absolutley loved the place. The villa itself, had everything and more that you would expect from your own home and therefore ensured that all my family were able to enjoy themselves (teenagers and toddler). The days were spent relaxing around the pool and in the garden, with plenty of shaded areas for us to help keep the little one protected from the sun. Evenings were spent around the outside bar area, cooking on the BBQ, a few games of pool till the sun went down (always very late due to the location of the villa in relation to the sun) As the villa was so perfect we stayed around the place for most of the holiday, eating out on very few occasions. When we did we found the local restaurants very reasonable and always welcoming serving good food. Bill and Mary could not do enough for us, making us feel most welcome, and advising us where to go to make the most out of our stay. We're hoping to plan a return visit soon We'll be planning a return visit very soon

The villa and location are perfect for a great relaxing holiday. Everybody loved the pool! The little extras that were available to us made the holiday more enjoyable with small children. ie toys, car seat, cot and inflatables. We would like to thank Mary and Bill for their very friendly and helpful welcome. .

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Mary (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
