This studio cottage is situated three miles from the town of Alfreton and sleeps two people.Little Willow is a wonderful studio cottage situated next to the owners' home, in the hamlet of Golden Valley, three miles from Alfreton. This cottage sleeps two people and has an open plan studio layout with a king-size bed, a kitchen, a breakfast bar and a sitting area, along with a separate shower room. Outside there's off road parking for two cars and an enclosed garden with gravelled area and furniture. Little Willow is a superb base for a couple at whatever time of year that you wish to visit.
Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed garden with gravelled and decked areas with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant 3 miles. Note: There is an unfenced pond on the approach drive to the property, children must be supervised at all times.
Town: The small hamlet of Golden Valley is situated close to the Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire border, a few miles from Alfreton and within reach of the Peak District National Park. A mile away is the village of Riddings, which has pubs, and a larger selection of pubs, as well as shops, supermarkets and a Post Office can be found in the town of Alfreton.
