A bright and sunny self-catering apartment in a beautifully restored historic building with castle and vineyard views in Cochem. Just 15 minutes walk along the Moselle river promenade to the historic and quaint town centre and famous Reichsburg castle. Ideally located in a quiet part of Cochem with a bakery, bike hire and supermarket just a minute's walk away. Our one bedroom 60m² apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher and the spacious living room has sat TV with British and German channels and a DVD player. The whole apartment is newly renovated and the bathroom has a shower cubicle, wash basin and WC. Downstairs in the garden you will find a pretty, sunny patio with garden furniture exclusively for the holiday apartment. Free parking is also available. Prices include all bedding , towels and final cleaning.
Originally from England, I moved to Cochem in 1995 and the Moselle Valley has become our home. My husband and I have restored this historic building in the last few years. We live in the house next door so we are on hand if you have any questions or would like to know any more about the region during your stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Nicola (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
