Direct access to Table mountain national park with multiple hiking paths ideal for hiking and trail running. For the adventurer theere are also spectacular caves to visit like Boomslang cave you can follow through the mountain into Echo valley.

Atlindia exudes old-world charm with its Oregon Pine floors and metal wall braces. Built in the 1930’s and lovingly renovated with modern luxuries, the sturdy architecture fits in perfectly with its solid surroundings of mountain rock and Cape fynbos. Atlindia is something different. It is a place to recharge and soak up the good life.

“Two Oceans”

It is a very old house, one of the first built in the valley and is thus built on the perfect spot. Sheltered from the summer winds with views to both oceans. The house has been totally renovated and is lovely light and open. We had braai in the garden. Parking is a bit of a problem.

“Comfortable house with magical views”

If you like hiking take a hike over Trappieskop to Kalkbaai. If you are into running it is wonderful to run from trappieskop to Muizenberg and back.Remember to turn to the beach at the subway at Dangers beach for a lovely run right next to the sea. If you stay over on a Saturday go and do the Parkrun at the Fish Hoek sportsfield. If you are more laid back the garden is very peaceful with lots of birds. Sitting on the deck taking in the view over the valley is sure to relax you. The kitchen is well stocked and has a dishwasher but no microwave. A braai in the garden is also a must.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
