Description

The spectacular location of this detached Farmhouse is located on the seashore on the Cloghane estuary overlooking Brandon bay,with all its spectacular wildlife and marine life. The spacious 150year old Farmhouse, has been tastefully renovated and modernised, reflecting an Irish Country style. Gas,oil and electricity are included in the cost of the rental of this farmhouse. From every room you get a view of amazing surroundings. The Beach can be accessed directly from the front door - 25 yds. The Farmhouse is wheelchair accessible throughout the ground floor. It is also easy to enjoy the garden and estuary as the pathway to the beach is flat and smooth. The Farmhouse even has its own mooring and the owner has a small boat for exploring the estuary. Also available are lifejackets , surf boards and body boards. Bicycles, fishing rods, reels and bait are also available at this Farmhouse and are there for guests use. All rooms are spacious and comfortable , with present day amenities like free wi-fi and central heating. All bed linen and towels are provided. Parking is available for 6 cars.

“Absolutely grand!”

We'd such a great time at sheehys farmhouse even if the weather wasn't great stuff. But the house is cosy, large, comfortable and the playroom for children (we had our four grandchildren there) was a never ending adventure. The place itself cannot be better: nature all around, peace and the sea and the beach directly in front of the door! Matthew always had a helping hand if needed and so our two weeks had been a perfect holiday. Sure, we'll come back.

How do damage deposits work?
