Derryinver House is a spacious comfortable home on an elevated site overlooking Clifden bay and beach. There are spectacular uninterrupted sea views from every room. The house is well equipped and has an open fire and oil fired central heating. There are two double rooms and a twin room. Linen and towels are provided. It is within walking distance of Clifden town, the capital of Connemara with its many restaurants, bars, art galleries and shops. Connemara is renowned for its magnificent scenery and many tourist attractions including a championship golf course, horse riding, fishing, scuba diving and island trips to mention but a few.

This natural terrain and unspoiled environment offers the visitor a wonderland of sights, experiences, adventures and activities. The people are warm, friendly and extend a hospitality which is the essence of Ireland. Connemara National park is located 10 kms approx.from the town of Clifden. The world renowned Connemara Pony Show is held on the 3rd Thursday in August . Clifden Arts Festival is held each September and offers a superb range of poetry readings, lectures, recitals, concerts, traditional music and comedy.
