5 bedroom and 4 bathrooms makes Heron Villa an ideal choice for a large family,two families or smaller parties wishing to enjoy the space. We have advertised on this site since 2008

Please ask when you enquire if you would like to include POOL and SPA heat so this can be included in your quote.

With over 2000sq ft of luxurious,air conditioned comfort it gives everyone the space to enjoy their holiday.

We have fabulously comfortable leather furniture and fantastic 6ft 6 ins master beds with matching decor. Our two master suites each have their own access to the pool/spa, so a late dip or early morning swim can be had without disturbing the others.

Our 70 inch flat screen Smart TV. A DVD player is provided in the living room and we have a library of DVDs for children and adults alike. All bedrooms have cable TV .Our aim is to bring you LUXURY, COMFORT, and a truly ENJOYABLE stay at a cost that wont break the bank.

NO smoking in the villa is allowed, but we do allow smoking outside in the pool area.

Our great pool area is well screened with special opaque screening to the bottom of the pool screen plus tasteful hedging to give a higher degree of privacy whilst you enjoy the pool or spa. Couple this with a corner plot with it's added space and elevated position, this was truly a major plus point from our view when we decided to purchase our home.

In 2009, we invested in Solar panels to heat the pool and these give temperatures in the 80sf + during the summer months, ei April to early October. Our pool when heated by solar heating is provided as a free option and we cannot be held responsible if temperatures are less than you would wish.If you would like higher temperatures or wish pool/spa heat outside of the months above then please consider our additional heat package as detailed below -

If additional heat is required for the spa and pool the following charges will apply -

Additional Spa and Pool heat - £20.00 per day during October to end of April and only £15.00 per day during the remainder of the year. We have a highly efficient gas heater for this, but due to the high cost of natural gas we do have to make a charge for this addition.

We provide hair dryers in all bathrooms so you don't have to fill your cases with their extra weight and there are beach towels for your use should you wish to visit either the west or east coast beaches for the day.

Our villa is close to so many great Golf Courses and is around 15 mins from Disney. There are lakes and walks around Orange Tree, and many other pursuits within easy reach. Truly an area where there is something for everyone.

Our well equipped games room has an air hockey game to compliment the slate bed pool table. We also provide tennis raquets and balls to enable our guests and children to take advantage of the free tennis court and large playing field on our community.

Please note that we are very proud of our Orange Tree neighbourhood where many residents live there full time along side rental homes like ours. We ask that ALL guests treat our home and neighbours respectfully and that noise levels are kept to acceptable levels both during the day and more importantly, the evening time, from 9.30pm.

We do not accept parties under 25 years of age.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Yvonne (the owner) a message.

If Yvonne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
