Description

Welcome to our beautiful new home in the exclusive Glenbrook Resort, Florida, only a few minutes from Disney World. If you plan to rent a villa near to Disney World, then our privately owned home offers you the utmost in luxury and convenience.

Our executive villa is air-conditioned throughout and features four bedrooms and three bathrooms. There are two master bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom and two further twin bedrooms which share the third bathroom. All bedrooms have a TV. With a sofa bed in the family room, the villa is suitable for up to 10 people.

The family room contains two sofas and an armchair, a dining area, a 46-inch high definition TV with a DVD/VCR player and Playstation 2, and gives direct access to the patio area with its outdoor furniture and loungers and screened, heated pool and jacuzzi. There is a fully fitted kitchen, equipped with a large fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, an electric cooker with ceramic hob and a microwave. All cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are provided. There is a separate living room with a formal dining table and lounge area, and a laundry room with washing machine, tumble drier and ironing equipment, games room with pool table, air hockey and electronic dartboard, high-speed WiFi internet access and FREE international phone calls.

The Glenbrook development has its own clubhouse for the use of its residents. Amenities include a swimming pool, volley ball and tennis courts, exercise room, a TV and computer room with internet access and a DVD library. The on-site management company maintains our home to the highest standards and is available for 24 hour guest services.

Sunset Lodge is situated off highway 27, about a mile north of its junction with the 192. Orlando Airport is just over half an hour's drive and it's only 15 minutes to Disney World!

Additional fees:

We recommend having the pool heated from October to April or you may prefer only to have the spa heated - it's great for relaxing in after a hard day at the parks or golf course or indeed at any time. Pool + spa heating is $25 per day. Spa heating is just $12 per day. Please indicate if you would like to take either option so that it can be included in the quotation.

Please also note that we ask a cleaning fee of $90 for stays of 5 nights or less.

My wife & I would would certainly recomend Sunset Lodge to any family intending to visit the disney area of Florida . Beleive me , you will not be disapointed , this home has everything you could possibly want & more . The Owners & Management company that take care of Sunset Lodge are to be congratulated on how they present this home . In Fact we would like to rent this home again if it's available from the 10th of January to the 17th Jan 2017. Regard's . Michael Mullally .

We had a marvellous stay at Sunset Lodge and everyone enjoyed themselves immensely. The villa is superb, a real home from home with everything that you need for a perfect stay. We all enjoyed relaxing around the child-friendly pool and spa after a hectic day enjoying Florida's attractions - very welcome! The owner, Bob couldn't have been more helpful and answered all our questions about the villa promptly. There is a guest book kept at the villa which gives useful tips and information and to which we referred often. Our holiday was wonderful and if we ever return to Florida, Sunset Lodge would be our first choice of accommodation.

A clean, well kept villa, ideally located for Disney world. Very spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Good pool and jacuzzi area with chairs and loungers. Owner contactable and responds quickly to queries before and during holiday. Thank you Bob for making our Florida holiday one of the best so far!. Would definitely recommend and return ourselves!

Villa very clean and well-maintained. Rooms, pool and spa good size. Liked having alarm for added security. Great location- handy for Walmart, plenty of restaurants nearby and easy to get to Disney. Owner very helpful and well-organised, felt if we'd had any problems they would have been resolved quickly. Thanks Bob!

This vacation rental is everything it's advertised to be, and more. The owner anticipated our needs and supplied the house with everything we might need during our stay. We enjoyed the pool, the game room and all the amenities, the house is very well maintained, and spacious. The location is ideal, close to everything yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Florida!

What was so good about this villa was the attention/reliability of the British owner; it was important to him that we were comfortable and content in Sunset Lodge. The villa had everything we could need for adults and children alike; the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and charming, especially the master suite and the pool area was glorious as it overlooked a large grassy area with gopher turtles and red-headed cranes. As a location it was ideal for shopping, restaurants and Disney.

We went to Disney World this year with my family and my parents. While staying on site has some advantages, I really wanted to be able to relax when we would get back from the park. Sunset Lodge provided us that place and then some. We had more than enough room for the 6 of us. Plus we were able to eat a nice big breakfast prior to leaving for the park. The commute to and from the park was minimal. I would say it took us between 15-20 minutes to get to the park's parking lot from Sunset Lodge. Not a bad commute at all. Additionally there is a Publix within 2 miles of the villa, which made grocery runs very convenient. I would highly recommend.

Our family of 9 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunset Lodge. The house is well appointed, clean and very roomy. We have toddlers through teenagers, and having a game room and pool/hot tub gave everyone something to enjoy. The house is in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located near grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and retail shopping. It was about a 20 minute drive to Magic Kingdom and a 30 minute drive to Sea World. Bob was great to communicate with and quick to reply to any questions we had prior to our stay. We have already recommended this property to friends planning to visit the Orlando area. A great rental for a great price!

Ideal place to stay that's close enough to the attractions but away from the crowds, well equipped house with restaurants and amenities close by. Owner were very considerate and made sure everything worked out for us.
