During the COVID 19 pandemic all travellers to Florida must comply with State and Lake County regulations, rules and recommendations.

Welcome to Sunshine Villa Florida! - Our villa is just 8 miles from Disney World and 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport. It has been privately owned by our family since 2004, and has 5 bedrooms, a large spacious living area, private screened pool and games room. There is off-road parking for two cars on the drive.

A guest described our villa: 'superb, on a quiet estate to get away from it all, but only one mile from the Highway 192 for everything you need.'

It is FULLY AIR CONDITIONED and fanned throughout (except the games room where there is a free-standing fan) and has constant hot water.

For little ones: there is a Greco travel cot, a hi-chair, stroller and baby floor-mat gym.

All 5 bedrooms have digital cable TV, all sleep 2 persons.

There's Digital Cable 42" HD TV in the lounge with on-demand channels & VDR, DVD, & compact hi-fi. All TV's can receive the digital cable programmes. The master bedroom has a 38" Smart TV on which you can view your Netflix, VUDU, Vimeo, Pandora, Twitter, Picasa and Opera accounts and programming. The s cond bedroom also has a smart TV.

The double garage is converted into a games room with two sofas, coffee table, 7ft pool/billiards, 7ft air hockey, electronic darts, Smart TV, Smart DVD & XBox One with games, plus, a utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board + iron and 2 Airers. Pool toys, buckets & spades.

Wi-fi 100meg internet is free to guests. The telephone has Caller Display & Voicemail & free US calls.

We have a fully screened heat-able 29'x15' swimming pool with underwater light. Pool heating is an optional charge. The patio area has 2 tables and 8 chairs together with 4 loungers and drinks side-tables.

Our fully fitted kitchen includes a spacious breakfast nook with table and 4 chairs, and equipped with everything you're likely to need, inc. cookware, cutlery/silverware, glasses, and plates/cups/mugs, full size electric cooker, microwave, extractor, dishwasher, sink waste-disposal, huge 17 cu. ft. fridge-freezer w/ice maker, plus accessories such as electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, can-opener, liquidiser, etc.

A charcoal B-B-Q is provided.

A gas grill/BBQ and Pool Heat are chargeable options, otherwise all power is included.

This is a wholly self-catering accommodation, the rental charge includes pre and post stay cleaning, but you are expected to keep and leave the house in clean condition.

All towels (except beach towels) and linens are provided, our towels must not be taken away from the property.

Smoking is not permitted in the house.

No pets allowed.

No parties or 'Spring-break' types, this is a strictly family neighbourhood.

If you haven't paid the full rental up front, you will receive an automated request from TripAdvisor for settlement 60days prior to your arrival date. Approximately 7-10 days prior to your arrival date we will email your Welcome Letter to you, -this includes the full address and telephone number of our villa, directions, security access code and contact details for our local management agents, RMG Orlando Villas. Our management agents are there to help should you need it during office hours or 24 hours for emergencies. You will not be pestered in any way, your vacation is YOUR time.

That was a very, very long time ago, with different neighbours and different cleaners. This review is massively contradictory to our other many, many highly complimentary reviews (not visible on tripadvisor-sorry).
