A luxurious and spacious 2 storey brick built self catering cottage with upside down accommodation.

On the ground floor is a flagstone entrance hall with stairs off to first floor.

A large double bedroom has oak double bed and complementing oak bedroom furniture. There is also a spacious built-in wardrobe. A picture window takes in the lovely garden aspect and uninterrupted views beyond. Also on this level is a bathroom with bath and power shower over.

Upstairs is a good sized open plan sitting room/diner/luxury fitted kitchen with built-in appliances including cooker, state of the art hob, fridge, separate freezer and dishwasher. Freestanding microwave and drinks chiller. All crockery and kitchen utensils etc. are included. Feature lighting adds to the ambience of the accommodation

Windows from the front take advantage of the picturesque garden setting and church. To the rear are views over the rural countryside. A separate shower room is also on this floor thus providing his and hers bathrooms.

On both levels are a wealth of original interesting exposed timbers adding to the charm and character of this delightful self catering accommodation.

NOTE: Hot tub is additional weekly rental cost.

Church House Farm self catering holiday cottages are a five minute drive from the small market towns of Cleobury Mortimer and Tenbury Wells and are within easy reach of Kidderminster, Worcester, Bridgnorth and the historic town of Ludlow. There is so much to do and explore in Shropshire and the neighbouring counties of Herefordshire and Worcestershire. Church House Farm Barns are located in fabulous walking country with numerous footpaths and trails across Shropshire, including the tremendous Clee Hills, the highest points of Shropshire, approximately four miles distance from where several counties can be seen on a clear day. South Shropshire has many country lanes, bridleways and tracks cyclists can use for those feeling energetic!

We will greet you on arrival and take you through the property and general information l, advise you near by shops etc. We are only next door so on hand if needed, but the cottages are still private if you’d rather be left to the tranquility.
