Description

* Ideal for people with disabilities, as well as able-bodied people, families or couples wanting a holiday away .

* The whole property includes FREE Broadband Wi-Fi .

* This ground floor apartment is open plan with disabled access, so that people who use wheelchairs can get around easily & independently .

* Two double pull-out sofa are situated in the living room .

* The main double bed has a pressure re-leaving mattress, which is very comfortable for disabled & able-bodied persons .

* The bathroom has been converted into a wet room with hand rails around shower, plus mobile shower seat. The toilet is approximately wheelchair height, making transferring a lot easier.

* The property is just a few minutes walk to the beach, shops, bars & restaurants, etc .

* Journey by car is not essential as the property is in close proximity to the train station in central Cleethorpes .

* The property has a gated/secure private yard to smoke & relax in, etc .

* One free parking space for (normally this will be allocated to this apartment, especially with people who suffer from disabilities .

* There is also a local public car park with CCTV just across from the property .

* People who may need to - you can store and charge scooters or electric wheelchairs inside the property .

The apartment is open plan with level access throughout, including a shower/wet room.

We have made it like home from home with high quality Broadband Wi-Fi. A well thought out separate kitchen with TV, 4 burner hob, oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and every utensil you could possibly want.

* The leisure centre is a few minutes stroll along the promenade. There is the Jungle Zoo and also The Magic Castle soft play centre.

* Ride on the donkeys and have fish and chips and ice cream. Arcades for those rainy days. Cleethorpes beach & sea, plus golf courses for those sunny days.

* Lovely little shops / boutiques on Sea View Street. Plenty to do so you will never get bored.

* Attractions to visit by car include the seals at Donna Nook where there is a breeding colony. Hubbard's Hills in the Georgian market town of Louth, also beautiful golf courses. There are walks in the Wolds and many cycling routes. Cadwell Park race track is 20 miles away.

* Within Cleethorpes itself you have the long promenade, sandy beach, boutique shops, cafes and restaurants.

* Towels, toiletries, personal items, etc are not provided, so please be sure to bring your own.

Most tourist attractions and shops are within walking distance. There is a bus service that runs often, affordable & reliable taxi services, and also the central train service. For more information please just ask. Many thanks.

Interaction with guest

Some one will always be at the apartment to meet you, with the keys and to answer any questions you might have about the area, if you let us know in advance what you are interested in we will get some information for you. Check-In is at : 2.00 pm / 14.00 - but please let me know at least 48 hours before if you are wanting to check in any later, as a personal greeter will be there at the property to meet you in person and obviously they will need to plan their day around your arrival. * Check out is 11.00 am - to allow for cleaning the apartment for the next guests.

I am a severly disabled Lady and having renovations done to our property needed a rental until they were carried out. I feel so lucky that we found this Studio. We stayed for a month and the accommodation was clean and very comfortable, I could use my walker with ease and it has a wet room which made bathing very easy. The owners were extremely supportive and caring. I would like to thank them for a wonderful stay.xxxx

It is very central, everything you need. Ramped for disabled, plenty of room in bathroom. Somewhere safe to keep a mobility scooter. Enjoyed our stay will be back.

Why can't I call Andrew (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Andrew (the owner) a message.

If Andrew (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
