A lovely detached 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with a superb private pool, set in gardens with palms and lemon trees. With it's own driveway for off road parking and secluded terraces for privacy.

Fully air conditioned with UK TV Services.

The pool can also be heated out of season with an option of solar or electric heating. This must be requested upon booking and is charged at 15 euros per day.

The villa is just a 2 minute walk to the bars, shops and restaurants of Quesada and just a short drive to local golf courses and beaches. The town of Quesada itself is lively year round, with a plentiful choice of shops and restaurants. La Marquesa golf course is just 2 km away and the blue flag beaches of Guardamar just a 10 minute drive.

A fabulous villa choice, ensuring your stay here will be one you will remember.

Departure clean is 100 Euros and cleaning of linen and towels charged at 15 Euros per person.

The Costa Blanca, protected by the mountain ranges enjoys a mild Mediterranean climate with year round sunshine.Temperatures reaching 35 C, on a regular basis. The area boasts 320 days of sunshine each year. Even in winter the temperature rarely drops below 15C.

The Costa Blancas (White Coast) favoured for holiday homes and second homes by the Spanish themselves offers healthy Mediterranean climate and all year round sunshine fanned by cooling sea breezes.

Ciudad Quesada

Quesada - renowned for its blue skies, sunshine, white sandy beaches and some of the most dramatic mountain ranges in Europe, sleepy afternoons and delicious cuisine, Spain simply has it all. Nearer to home, Guardamar being the nearest to Quesada, only a ten minute drive, but boasts 14 km of white sandy blue flag beaches, with safe waters for swimming and water sports.

The busy and vibrant town of Quesada lies just ten miles away from the large bustling town of Torrevieja which has a fantastic variety of bars, restaurants, shops and has a lovely seaside promenade and marina, with an excellent night time market. But you have Quesada town on your doorstep with shops, bars, restaurants, golf course and its own water park. Alicante and Murcia airports are 30 and 40 km respectively. If you are a golfer nearby you will find many beautiful and high quality golf courses such as, La Marquesa, La Finca, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamar, Alicante, El Plantio and Bonalba, to name but a few.

The local water parks at Quesada and Torrevieja, are ideal for all the family and are open every day during the Summer months. An hour away you will find the ever popular Benidorm with hundreds of exciting attractions, including the magnificent Terra Mitica theme park. Quesada is a perfect town in many ways, not only for holidays but long term visits, especially winter breaks.

“Superb accomodation, very close to town with loads to do -Stayed twice now!!”

We stayed here in 2011 and 2010 both before and after the extension above the property was built when the property was converted from a three bedroom to a five bedroom place. Both times the property was clean and in my opinion, good quality accommodation with air-con throughout. A perfect size pool with both deep and shallow ends although I could stand up in the deep end (I'm 5 ft). The property is secure, peaceful and private. 2 minute walk to all the bars, restaurants and shops and believe me there are enough of them to try somewhere different each night. Just a short drive away from Torreveja with its night market and fun fair. Satellite TV with English speaking channels, The upstairs part of the property is accessed via outside steps and there is also an annexe which is on the ground floor, so this is great if you have visitors (like we did, as they get their own privacy, but would also be get if you have teenagers who could come and go as they please. Fully equipped, with everything you need to occasionally cook and wash, although didn’t do much of that :) Good outdoor spaces for outside eating and a BBQ too. I am quite fussy about where I stay but this was the perfect place as it was clean. It must have been great as I went there twice, something which I have never done!! I am going back in 2012, not to this property but the same town as it is just so enjoyable. I would highly recommend this to families; my kids were 15 and 8 when we went.
