Description

Situated on a hilltop, Altos del Golf is a select residential neighbourhood of Ciudad Quesada, on the Spanish Costa Blanca, overlooking La Marquesa golf course.

Ideal to get away from all the stresses of everyday life, the villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a well equipped American kitchen, BBQ area, private swimming pool, secure off road parking, air conditioned bedrooms, wi-fi internet access and UK TV channels.

The clubhouse is two minutes away in the valley below and the 17km sandy beach at Guardamar del Segura, which boasts three 'blue flag' awards for its cleanliness and amenities, is only 8kms away by car (10 minutes).

The nearest supermarket, bars and restaurants are only a 10 - 15 minute walk away (note that the final part of the return walk is uphill).

We welcome all guests who will respect both the property and our neighbours. Full information about the area and local amenities is provided in the property.

House rules

This is a residential area and it is very important to us that guests respect our neighbours, most of whom are retired and live there permanently. In particular there should not be any noise outside after 11pm please when they are likely to want to sleep. Sound carries!

Nice quiet area, lovely pool, good barbeque area, good sized villa, well equipped with everything you need.

From the booking to returning of keys all instructions were clear and communications friendly and informative. The owners could not possibly have done more to ensure we were comfortable and enjoyed our vacation. They are truly good people and have a lovely house. If anything, the online description understates how comfortable the property is. The property is situated in a quiet and residential area so you must respect the (very friendly) neighbours. You do need a car though, unless you are very fit. If you are looking for a quiet, private and comfortable break then this is an ideal choice.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
