This majestic Spring Hill landmark art deco building was built in 1930s and is located on prestigious Gregory Terrace. The views from Carrington Manor overlook parklands to the front and the city skyline views from the decks are spectacular. The 3 apartments occupy a whole floor each and are very spacious and have been fully renovated. The views are fabulous and the high position allows full enjoyment of breezes from every direction on all levels. Rent 1, 2 or all 3 units.

Bookings of less than 7 nights are accepted as follows...

- if your dates adjoin another booking

- if booking is last minute

- Min fee for midweek is $1320 per apartment

- Min fee applies $1800 - $2200 if your dates cover weekend nights. (Fri / Sat / Sun)

NB For holiday, long weekends and special events surcharge may apply.

Please note the calendar is only marked full when all apartments are taken and you are encouraged to apply for any length of stay, each booking is assessed individually.

Great apartment !!!!!!!! Close to everything you need , spotlessly clean , plenty living space , great decor , sky tv , DVD player , music , all the lastest mod cons , the list could go on and on. We are here visiting friends and family. There is plenty space for us all . my mum , wife and daughters and myself. Biggest problem was choosing the best bedroom , they are all big and beds are really comfortable and have had great nights sleep. We will definitely be staying here next time we come from the Scotland (maybe 6 months next time ) highly recommended for anyone coming to Brisbane

My recent stay with 5 friends at Carrington Manor was fantastic. The unit was well appointed with quality fittings and appliances and lots of space for 6 adults. Great views of the city from the outdoor entertaining area - and we were on the ground floor! The location was a convenient 1km walk from our training venue in Fortitude Valley - also easy access to lots of cafes, restaurants and Brisbane CBD. Everyone was impressed. We will certainly stay there again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jennifer (the owner) a message.

If Jennifer (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
