Description

Charming 3 bedroom villa near Citta Sant'Angelo with terrace, balcony, BBQ, air conditioning and a marvellous pool.

House's main vacation feature is a private pool of an interesting shape that allows for both leisurely play as well as a good swim. It is the same great view from the pool deck as from the house. The panorama includes Gran Sasso mountains in the west, the Maiella mountain in the south and Adriatic sea in the east.

The villa is fully equipped for a vacation with family or friends (bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen). If you need anything then local store for groceries and supplies is only 500 meters away and is easily accessible by foot. Local restaurants are also quite close. The city of Citta Sant 'Angelo holds regular farmers' markets and different local festivals.

“We loosed our booking money 293,25 € and did not get it back!”

We couldn't get this Villa, because owner told after our booking and after we had paid booking money to owner that the VIlla del Mare is not available at that time! We had already bought flight tickets and rental car to Italy. Owner told that only one month before our holiday! Unfortunately I couldn't find any standard procedure for this kind of situation, when owner ask to cancel the reservation. So we haven't got our bookingmoney back even we sent many mails and also our accountnumber to owner, that owner could send our booking money back. We are looking for a new trip, but Holiday Lettings is out of scope, until this case is solved. We have booked many Villas before from other companies, this is first time when nobody will take care of this kind that situation to get booking money back . Here is note from owner: Tatiana 11 May 2017, 08:31PM Dear Pekka, due to unforeseen family situation (my uncle will be in hospital in Citta Sant Angelo this time and my mom will have to stay close) I need to ask you to cancel your booking July 01 - 08. As compensation I can offer alternative booking before June, 13 or after July 16 with a 50% discount. If this is unacceptable for you I'm ready to compensate your expenses because of booking cancellation. My deepest apologies, Tatiana

La villa est magnifique et les petites attention qu'ont eu les propriétaires à notre égard sont très appréciable ...Le seul petit point négatif si je puis dire sa serais qu'il manque juste un congélateur pour pouvoir y stocker des glaçons et des glaces sur tout l'été quand y fait bien chaud.... En tout cas j'y retournerai sûrement...

Very quiet, Wonderful views, Fully equiped. Great pool. Convienent to stores and restaurant. good parking. Try to arrive during the day as it is somewhat difficult to find at night due to the rural stting.

How do damage deposits work?
