Description
"Borghetto di Pedana" is an ancient stone-farmhouse recently restored, with its small church too.
Surrounded by trees, cultivated hills with olive trees and vineyard, it's set on a hilltop with a beautiful panoramic view on the surrounding countryside.
It'ss in country but only 10 kms away from the historic centre of Città di Castello, so it's the ideal place to spend an holiday of relax and visit charmin Tuscan and Umbrian cities.
The farmhouse, very well furnished with style pieces, is composed by five double bedrooms, three baths, full equipped kitchen, two kitchenette, large living rooms with sofà, library corner, fireplace and tv sat, dining room.
In front of the house, in a wonderful apnoramic position, is set the pool with salt water with gazebo and sofà.
Starting 2012 there's also a small nice resaturant when taste tipicalitalian dishes and wines on request.
